Title: Lead Industrial Designer
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Tax Term: FULL TIME – 40 Hours per week/9:00am-5:00pm

Job Description:
Design and engineer products, managing CAD documentation, and conducting product testing. Optimize
product designs for manufacturability. Work independently on various projects from concept to
completion. Handle nesting all the parts, programming them on the CNC, and cutting them. Produce
precise designs on time. Oversee prototyping activities to ensure viable samples. Build and maintain a
comprehensive Product Traceability Database to ensure all components are accurately documented.
Maintain up-to-date design revisions and change orders, ensuring all records adhere to Standard
Operating Procedures.
Requires a U.S. Master of Design Degree in Industrial Design. Must have the authority to work
permanently in the U.S.
