Built for what a van does to an interior

A camper van interior takes more abuse than any home: constant vibration, temperature swings, humidity, and a full load of gear, dogs, and ski boots. We choose every material for that reality — premium fabrics, marine-grade components, and our signature aluminum framing — so your van looks good on delivery day and still feels tight years down the road.

What every build is made of

BASE BUILD

Every conversion starts beneath the surface: 3M Thinsulate insulation in the roof and walls, rigid XPS foam under the floor, and our aluminum sub-ceiling structural kit — high-strength rails that let us mount cabinetry anywhere along the van’s length, perfectly aligned, without hunting for factory beams. Want it even quieter? Add optional Kilmat sound deadening. It’s the part you’ll never see, and it’s why the parts you do see stay straight and tight.

UTILITIES

Power, water, and heat from brands with national support: EcoFlow, Victron and Lithionics electrical systems, a Webasto diesel heater standard on every build, and Flojet-pumped water systems — up to 35 gallons fresh and 28 gallons gray in a PEX system with Isotemp hot water — feeding a deep sink and induction cooktop. Installed for serviceability — every system is reachable without disassembling the van.

FURNITURE

Our signature difference: cabinetry framed in extruded aluminum instead of wood. It’s lighter — preserving payload for gear — and it can’t rot, warp, or work itself loose on washboard roads. CNC-cut panels mean every cabinet fits exactly as designed, finished in your choice of four color packages.

TECHNOLOGY

Victron monitoring over WiFi and Bluetooth puts your batteries, solar, and charging on your phone. Add roof-mounted Starlink for internet virtually anywhere, 300 W to 600 W of rooftop solar depending on the model, and dedicated alternator charging that tops off the batteries while you drive.

EXTERIOR

Built up or kept clean, the exterior hardware comes from brands we run on our own rigs: CAtuned off-road bumpers with Warn winches, VanCompass suspension, BFGoodrich KO3 all-terrains on Method 701 wheels, Owl Vans carriers and ladders, Fiamma awnings, and roof racks ready for solar and Starlink.

What each package includes is listed trim by trim in the specifications on every model page.
