A toilet in every van, and no black tank
Every Highland Van comes standard with a Wrappon Sunny self-sealing dry-flush toilet. It lives in a cabinet on heavy-duty slides beside the galley, so it pulls out when it is needed and disappears when it is not, and the floor stays open. There is no wet room to give up living space to, no black tank to empty and no dump station to find.

Every Aoraki comes standard with a Wrappon Sunny self-sealing dry-flush toilet, housed in a dedicated storage cabinet. The cabinet holds the toilet plus storage drawers, so you’re not giving up usable interior space to a wet room.
An outdoor shower on two models, an interior shower on the Parbat
On the Aoraki and the Kinabalu, the Pro package adds an exterior shower, fed by the Pro water system and its water heater. Keeping the shower outside keeps the rear of the van free for the garage.
The Parbat is the model with a bathroom in the full sense: an interior shower with a stainless steel enclosure and hot water, standard on Core and on Pro, with an exterior shower as well.
Pro builds add an exterior shower. Keeping the shower outside is a deliberate tradeoff: it keeps the rear of the van free for the garage, and it’s plenty for the trip lengths an Aoraki is built around.
Yes, and it’s standard on every Parbat, Core or Pro. The interior shower has a stainless steel enclosure with a camper mixer, fed by the 35-gallon fresh tank and Isotemp water heater, with a full-height pantry built into the same cabinet core.
There’s an exterior shower too, for muddy boots and sandy dogs before they come inside.

How long the water lasts
Water, not power, is the number that ends a trip. The engine puts charge back into the batteries wherever the van is parked; a fresh tank needs a fill station. The two answers below are in Highland Vans' own words, from the Parbat and Aoraki pages, and both assume two travellers.
In practice, water is the real limit and power is not: running the engine puts charge back wherever you are parked, and topping up water means finding a fill station. The 35-gallon fresh / 28-gallon grey system lasts two travelers roughly 4–6 days with sensible shower use. Plan on shorter stretches with a family of four aboard.
For two travelers in the Aoraki Pro, the 35 gallons of fresh water will typically last about 4 to 6 days.
