One shop, 15 minutes from O’Hare

Every Highland Vans build happens in Elk Grove Village, a suburb northwest of Chicago. The production floor, the design centre and the service bays are in the same building, so one visit covers all three.

Three layouts, built to order

Every van starts from one of three Sprinter layouts, each sold as Core or Pro. The price covers the complete vehicle, including the new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter it is built on.

Buying from Wisconsin, Indiana or Michigan

Many of our owners are not local. We’re in Elk Grove Village, IL — 15 minutes from O’Hare — and many buyers fly in, do a full orientation walkthrough at the shop, and drive their van home as the first road trip. Prefer it brought to you? We can also arrange enclosed transport nationwide — ask for a quote.

Buyers from Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan can drive to the shop for the design visit and again for pickup day. The orientation walkthrough is the same either way, and a typical build takes about three months from reserving your build slot.

Service and warranty after delivery

Every build is backed by our 3-year / 36,000-mile warranty. Warranty work happens at our shop, and if you are out of state we can coordinate a professional shop near you to carry out the repair, covered by us under the same warranty.
